I need a cheque that was deposited on 30th Sept 2013 delivered at the nearest HDFC branch so that it can be collected by me.I have called the helpline number on numerous occasions requesting the same and have been placed on hold for eternity and hung up on multiple times. I even spoke with a Manager (Gaurav) at one of your call centers and he hung up on me and did not have the courtesy to call back or arrange for one. The services of HDFC sucks big time. I work with Microsoft and understand the value of customer service and competence and that’s saying something, I am not likely to recommend your services to anyone and shall put in a request to cease all business and correspondence with the HDFC bank if any considering the incompetence by your organization. I have accounts in different banks and trust me it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. The representatives without realizing the severity of disconnecting the call proceed with such unprofessional attitudes towards their work and customers. It’s a shame I have to write an email to get a simple matter sorted, I am a very busy person and dealing with agents on the call from call centers is the last thing on my list. The unprofessional attitude of the bank employees puts me off the business with the bank beyond limits. I am hoping for a resolution after spending and wasting many hours of my valuable time.

Hi,

I am using Airtel postpaid connection since 4 years. I never used Internet on my phone.

But Airtel charged me around 1500 for two days GPRS on International Roaming.

Now I am asking them to provide the websites that I accessed, they are not providing any details. Only they are saying bill is correct.

Myself Gulam Dastagir from Madhya Pradesh and i am customer of reliance since 2007 and from last 1 month i am facing the problem of unuthorized deduction of balance. My contact no. is 9907631972. i have activated all plans like sms pack, net pack, tariff plans etc. but their is also wrong deduction from my account. so please resolve my problem otherwise i have to complaint against your company at Consumer court.
Please give response as soon as possible.

Hi,

Myself Prashant,I have purchased the SPIDIGO connection for 3 months in August'2013. The plan was completed in October. I have requested on the customer care help line for removing the connection from my home & provide the deposite amount to me. I have also dropped emails on 'support@spidigo.com' ID for 3 times but got NO RESPONCE.

Many times, I called to the sales person but the number is not avialable now. So I called to the complain number '079-66199999' but they are not providing support to refund the deposite amount.

At the time of installation they have delayed, during the service, internet connection was timed out many times from the server & after the plan completion they are not providing refund the deposite amount.

The experience with SPIDIOGO was just like ''Trip to Hell''. The worst internet service provider ever in Ahmedabad.

FRAUD COMPANY!!!!! LAZY SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!

my mobile no. is 9313037311 with Reliance.
My complaint Sr.No. 214165385 against 15 rupees deduction for unnessasory tune download Dedh Ishqiya theme on 23/12/2013 8:59pm which actually I never demanded. I contacted on 198 and they assured me to return my 15 rupees within 48 nhours which they till date not refunded.Now they are not listening me or do not take my phone. Worse to all they only said me on 27/12/2013 that they have processed my complaint but did not refund my money. Now again they deducted 5.00 rupees for undemanded VAS ShemarooVP on 31/12/2013 at 05:14 pm and 1.00 rupee deduction again for unwanted VAS Video Store on 31/12/2013 at 7:35pm.Now when ever I ask for return they have set their complaint no 198 not to listen me. Plz help me in returning my valuable earned money from this cheater company and impose some penalty on them so that they never do such things to innocent customers like me

I have ordered a new year gift (one day delivery) on rediff shopping on 30-12-2013.

The order number 8944578

It has already been 01-01-2014, 6.35 p.m

The order has not reached home, when i called the cell phone number which was given on the confirmation email repeatedly (09871257309), the lady sent out delivery confirmation email and sms while the gift has not even reached home.

When i tried to call that cell phone again, she is not picking and also the customercare number 1800 266 2333 is not working as it seems to be public holiday.

I have not only wasted my money and also precious time and moment on this new year.

Rediff shopping sucks to the core.

Its so much better to stay with flipkart.

HDFC Bank is a fraud bank. They do fake calls to your relatives n friends posing as a courier company.
My CC is disputed n hv closed long ago n paid my balance. Still they call n ask me to deposit money n make fishy call 2 others.
A bank like this is a shame in the name of trust when they r dealing with people n their money and I would suggest to you all, let's move away from this fraud bank.

I am using Reliance 3G Dongle no. 8882760136. I recharged this on 08th December,2013 with Rs. 800. Its deducting money from core balance whenever I use this. I have make many complaints to customer care, but the problem yet not solved. Now it is not working from 16th December 2013. I am facing lot of probles due to this and am unable to do some most important works.

Dear Sir/Medam,

I am having Salary Account in HDFC Bank A/C NUM: 50100008470722 in HITECH CITY Branch Hyderabad.

On 31/12/2013 Capgemini Deposited my Salary of Rs 76,266.14 Closing balance is showing the same amount and available balance is showing Zero, called to customer care regarding this informed that due to credit card payment amount put on hold . I was shocked with out prior intimation and notice account put on hold Above account is not likned to Any Credit card this card was issued in 2007 I didn't use this once also its thefted and misused by some one.

I approached to HITCH City Branch they are not providing even my Credit card number and details of this, they asked me to visit BEGUMPET Branch Credit card Department there name called SANTOSH he is not responding with proper manner I requested him for my Credit card number last credit card statement and Principle amount he is refusing to provide the details. And he is asking he will hold entire amount of my account after 15 days.

I was mailed to Branch Manager jose.stephen@hdfcbank.com regarding this but no reply on this.

Called customer care they provided Credit card number : 5176521003931906 , I am ready to pay the Principle amount of this card.

I am ready to pay the princple amount of this card, Please help me as I was only earned person in my family. My mother was seriously facing heart surgery need money for this . Mentally disturbed ....as no way of life to leave like this tension.

Mein Ahmed Ali Sayyed Kotak Bank Card last four years se use kar rha hoon, every month mein minim payment karta aa rha hoon, app mera previous record check kar sakte hai, last four month mere kuch finical issue ho rahe hai, mein apni last partly payment October ke first week mein bhi ki hai, mere finical issues ke karan mein settlement pe jana chata tha aur mein ap ke agency ko request ki thi muje 3000/ se 3500/- ki emi par muje settle kar de, isi par baat chal rahi thi lekin aap ki taraf se agency ke person Mr. Sameer jis ne apne aap ko muje se Deputy Manager of Kotak Bank introduce kiya tha, lekin 14 November ko Mr. Sameer ka phone aya is no se 41021622 (same tel no. se meri Ms. Deepali ya Ms. Rupali se aur Mr.Hardeep se bhi baat hui thi), mein Sameer se request hi kar rha tha ki 3000/- to 3500 tak emi par settle kar do, emi month jyda kar do, lekin sameer ne muje bhut loudly and abuse talk ki aur muje dhamki di, sameer ne kha tumari aukat nahi hai to card kyun use kiya etc, aur muje maa bahen ki aur etc galiya di aur dhamki di ke muje uttwa le ga aur gayab kar wa dega. mein bhut normal person hoon, sameer ki istarah ki dhamki sun kar muje bhut unfill hua, phone karne ke half hour ke baad muje talash karte hue koi Do (2) person (aadmi) mere office aye the. Is ke baad se mein apne aap ko bhut insecure fill kar rha hoon. Muje bank ka paisa dena hai aur mein doon ga hi aur mere pervious record se aap ko pata chal jaye ga ki mein barbar payment karta aa rha hoon, muje bank ka paisa dubana nahi hai, is liye hi mein ne Mr. Vinay jis ne mueje next day call kiya tha Aur 50000/- par settlement with 8 EMI ka offer kiya tha, lekin mein ne Vinay se ye hi kha tha ki mein payment kar doon ga pa muje sirf bank se apologies letter de do, Vinay ne kah ki who apne senior se meri baat kar wate hai lekin bank ki taraf se koi call nahi aya, one week phele ek call aya tha mein use bhi apologies letter ki hi request ki thi, phir 9 December ko Mr. Parkash ka call aya aur kha who muj se milna chate hai, mein ne kha ki kal office ke address pe aa jaye aur 3 baje ke baad mil sakta hon, Parkash ne kha ki call kar ke ayein ge, lekin next day me Mr. Rajesh without call kar ke 10.45 am ko hi aa gaye, us phele 9:50 am koi banada kotak bank ki atraf se phele hi aa ke gaya tha. us waqat mein office mein nahi tha. lekin Mr. Rajesh se mulaqat hui, mein un se bhi ye kha ki who muje apologies letter de bank ki taraf se, lekin rajesh ne kha ki who letter nahi de sakte, rajesh ne kha ki bank ne us agency aur us bande (sameer) ko nikal diya hai, lekin jab mein letter ki mang kar rha tha Mr. Rajesh ne kha ki who letter nahi de sakte, magar us bande jis ne muje gali aur dhamki di hai(sameer) se same land line se phone kar ke sorry khelwa (bulwa) sakte hai, jis par mein agree nahi kiya , meri samj mein ye nahi aya ki jab bank ne ageny aur sameer ko nikal diya hai to phir who kaise mafi mang sakte hai is ka matalb ye hua ki sirf muje ullu bana rahe hai

muje bank ki payment karni hai aur mein bank se good relation rakna chata hoon, agar muje bank relation kharab (bad) karma hota to mein Agency aur Sameer par qanooni karwai kar sakta tha aur ise legal issue bana sakta tha, lekin muje bank se future mein good relation rakana chata hoon, mein bas bank ka assurance chata hoon ki is tarah ki gali galoj aur dhamiki muje future mein na mile.

I purchased a treadmill for my dad on Rediff.com nearly a month ago (Order # 8826329). The product has not been shipped yet. I have sent multiple emails to customer service trying to figure out when the product will ship (if it ships at all). All I receive is a canned response that "your order can't be edited now". Really????....are you guys even reading my emails?? My recent emails are NOT about editing my order, its about getting what I ordered. I hope they have individuals in customer service who can interpret emails in English (though it doesn't look that way).

This entire fiasco reminds me of stories that I have read regarding online frauds. I have no other option but to report Rediff.com to Amex as a fraudulent company and dispute my transaction. Any company that receives a payment for a product but does not ship the product, does not show any accountability to the customer and is not afraid of the consequences of not shipping the product or communicating with the customer, is clearly a fraudulent organization.

I am sure they bank upon ignorant customers who let them get away with these fraudulent activities but I am going to pursue them and report them to every single possible organization. Their customer service is having fun at my expense and I can't allow an organization which has received payment from me to treat me this way.

WHERE THE HELL IS MY PRODUCT??/

Everyday i sends group sms and i know the difference between sms and mms but when i am having enough balance then the reliance deducted my balance and gives excuses that i sent mms, but i never sent mms, nd this is not the first time.
Every time they use to cheat me and never refunds.

MY order no is 8806487 (nokia Bluetooth Black) today I received order, but its worst experience shopping with Rediff shopping. Headphone its not made by Nokia it’s a china based company, And its not working, its power button not working well or Bluetooth also not connection with any mobile.
So kindly return my money, its only concerned about me I don’t want to take China item.
i return this product before 10 days but they are not ready money and not revert my mail, when i try to call customer care
not ready to talk to me then drop my call kindy help me plz.
