I have taken Resume Zapper services from Aap Ka careers.com for 2022/- Thereafter Deepak (0124 4708999) called me incessantly and forced me to take 2 more services under the pretext that otherwise he will not be able to process my application & cannot give any guarantee of job placement. I was given the mail that this was the final payment to be done & no further payments are required to be made & hence I paid for Profile verification (3993/-) & Resume Builder (3596/-).
I received Power Resume from them after 20 days. I was told that my 3 page resume is too long and they will make it 1 page with icons/highlighters etc. But actually what I received as my power resume was 5 page with no substantial change from my original document!!
For profile verification, I have submitted scan copies of all my documents like qualification certificates, salary slips, earlier experience certificates etc. When I told them that this is done after the job is offered, they said that they have direct tie-ups with HR depts. of companies!!
Last 2 days when I followed up with them, I was told to do one returning transaction of 5500/- where they are refunding money to me, which I never asked for!! But I realized while doing guided online transaction that I was making payment (!!) & hence I refused to comply. Again I was given a call by Karan Malhotra saying that I need to do this transaction as there is telephonic interview lined up on Monday. When I contested that I was promised that job interview will be lined up after the total amount of 9551/- that I had already paid & there was no question of paying further amount; one Mr. Sandeep Soni (9716143837) got in touch with me and told me that I had to make another payment of 5500/- against which I will be given 10 interview calls. When I argued with him, he said that the earlier people may have misguided me as diff. Services offered by them are on the website so I should have cross-checked!! He kept on calling me to pay for job assistance. Lastly I lost my cool and told him that I am lodging a complaint against them in consumer court. Thereafter calls from Aap ka Career stopped!!
I am sensing that this company is running an extortion racket under the guise of luring hapless job seekers with a 110% job guarantee! I want to lodge a mental harassment case against them in the consumer forum. Also, I need refund if they are unable to offer me the promised services. Please guide and oblige.

4- Harish Verma (Legal Advisor of the Company) - 09971715050

In the Month of July, Dilip came to me and gave me information about the company and insisted to take up the franchise. I then decided to visit their Udaipur Office and I met Dilip and Ashok there. They explained me about the company policies and gave me information on the process, I delayed it because I didn't like the structure of the company.

After a few months a new person, namely Mandeep Pareek came to me and gave me a complete new information and structure. He told me to deposit, Rs 4,00,000 for the Franchise in which you will get the Zonal Hub of the Company(Represent Udaipur and near by districts). I was convinced and hence I gave him a cheque of Rs. 20,000 on the name of Forun Express Courier and Cargo Ltd. dated, 11/10/2013 and bank name - State Bank of India and the cheque number being - 037126. Also, 2 more cheques of Rs. 1,75,000 and Rs. 2,00,000, dated 25/10/2013 and 25/12/2013 for the same bank and on the name of Forun Expree Courier and Cargo Ltd. I also gave Mandeep Pareek cash of Rs. 5000. Now for this amount I did not get any receipt and even for the cash paid I was told that I will get the receipt later on as per the company rules.

After paying them 25,000 I realized that I have invested the amount in a wrong company and then made sure that the remaining cheques were stoped, hence paid SBI Rs. 102 for the stop payment of cheque of Rs. 1,75,000 and Rs. 2,00,000. I then called back Mandeep and told him that I want the money to be refunded back and hence he told me that the company is a fraud and I have left the company and I cannot help you now. I in turn started calling the company and they told me to talk to Harish Verma and he told me that no amount will be refunded because you did not pay the complete amount. Also their Udaipur office was closed and hence I had no other option left. So I started calling every employee, Mandeep told me to register a complaint against him and he would not mind that, Dilip told me that I was not a part when you gave them money andrest were not reachable.

Now all I want is my Rs.25,000 back and there is nobody I can talk to, so I want everybody reading this to be aware of this company and please spread it as far as you can. It should go to every other individual having internet so that they can be aware of this fraud company. They plan to go to different states of India and make frauds.

They are also running an NGO for this. Also they are involved in many other business activities by which they make fraud, namely - Adhwani group of companies in HR, Insurance, Courier and Cargo, Construction, DAAZE (Inner Wears) and many more, Please be AWARE.

ORDER 16567518 - PUNE INDIA-
I have placed a big order with Biovea on the 18th of November 2013 for an amount of 4300 rupees. Today 14th of Dicember 2013 I still have not ricieve any goods. There is no trace of the delivery even though they declare that the status of my order is fully shipped. On the 9th of Dicember Biovea contacted me by mail declaring that if by Friday 13th of Dicember 2013 I will not have received the goods they will refund me.
I REQUEST AN IMMEDIATE REFUND!
Biovea as been very fast in collecting the money from my card so I hope that they will be so in refunding me.
I have been shopping online for years in India as in Europe and US and I never came across a delivery sister like Biovea.
The two time that I had problems the company's not only refunded me immediately but they send the goods for free.
Now nearly a month from my order my supply of D-Mannose (this is what I have order ) is nearly finish. So I have to place a fast order with other company at a conspicuous extra costs.

I AM WAITING FOR A PROMPT REFUND AND EMAIL OF CONFIRMATION.
If this will not happen by Monday the 16th of Dicember 2013 I will pursued legal action.

I purchased AutoKart - Ultra Heavy 12V Electric Car Bike FULL METAL Air Compressor Inflator With Torch for Rs 1878/= prepaid through online net banking (SBI) and I received a broken item with torch missing on 11 Oct 13.
On reporting the matter to the firm by e-mail, they asked me to send photo’s of packing , broken item etc, and later revet the item by reverse pickup courier, receipt back of which, they have confirmed. Since I asked for refund of Rs 1878 they asked for complete bank details, which was provided and the customer care dept. promised to refund in a few days. There after I have sent 2 reminders but total silence from their side and no refund done.

I recall my nightmarish experience on captioned flight.Incidentally, i am retired top executive of nationalized bank with good travelling experience with various domestic/international flights.As such well familiar with flight protocol's etc.The sad incident pertains to chief purser/ flight manager,probably named 'VIJ' (As his name was not clear as at time of this incident,he deliberately inappropriately displayed the same for avoiding to note the same)But ,he was in-charge on this flight as he was making all announcements etc.

Before takeoff from Mumbai, i requested for water as i am suffering from diabetes,cardiac condition etc. so feeling parched.She promised to provide same after some time.After takeoff i waited patiently but no water,which prompted me to press the bell. Now,the air-hostess at cockpit came,very politely i was telling her that your colleague at the rear did not serve me water. a midst innocuous talks, this chief came and started shouting at me uttering "I know what you are telling her''.(worth noting is that i did not called or talked to him).He admonished me that I should not expect instant service.when i tried to clarify my position, he very insultingly retorted that i should not argue with him.Besides his body language was just inappropriate.With continuous shouting,he tried to get physical with me. Timely, intervention of co-passengers saved me from his wrath. HE FURTHER THREATENED TO HANDOVER ME TO SECURITY STAFF, who would haul me for hours together Besides, my calm he continued with aggressive posture , made racist and castiest comments as i belong to minority community.
This unprecedented public humiliation/insult left me,my better-half totally shattered besides hurting our religious feelings and sensibilities. I am sure for certain that a service industry can never be expected to render such a shoddy,shameful treatment to customers who chooses to fly with them. Pl donot treat it just another run of mill case,have a investigation and book this erring employee for this rowdy behavior witch will put even a street urchin to shame. I NEED TO BE APPRISED WITH DEVELOPMENTS.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Below mail clearly confirms that my paid subscription is discontinued and ECS Cancellation is also acknowledge on 4th November.
Still ECS are debited from my account in November as well as in December (Check my account statement)

While inquired with Vibha (your customer care representative) about the same, she said i needed to make discontinuation/Cancellation of ECS request on phone.
If it was so, Why did you confirmed my discontinuation on 4th November 2013 through an email? Why didn’t you tell me this in whole November, December month?

I called up many times to Vibha, she always ignored to speak and said she will call back post lunch/dinner/after 2 hours, she never called back!
I Tolerated this nonsense, no one else would have tolerated this.

I want my Oct, November and December ECS debited from my account back ( Rs1997*3= Rs 5,991 + Rs 400 ECS Bounce Charge)
And a confirmation immediately both through email/call for discontinuation of subscription and ECS Cancellation.

This is my last email to justdial, if it is not responded i will surely take this matter very seriousely!

FYI. I REQUESTED FOR DISCONTINUATION AS ON 17.10.2013 AND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS TODAY.

I am having 10-15 calls daily from the customer care. I am working in an office where i don't want to be entertained with this nonsense calls. I usually try and disconnect the calls but they are repeatedly calling me back.. by mistake if i attend the call, they deduct charges for VAS services. I really have no idea about this service.. it's been in the last 6 months they have deducted my balance continuously and hence I have had real bad situations on this. this is my last complaint on this before I file a case against Reliance in charge of deduction.. I requested for a DND service and still I haven't got a response on it. I prefer discontinuing this network and sure would file a consumer case .8824022046-Dharmveer Dhiri

After trying hard to get back the money mentioned above, for the last 15 - 20 days. now the status is that no body is picking up the phone calls. So I had written the following mail explaining the whole thing to them for the refund of my money...

I have on 20/11/2013 made a cheque payment of Rs. 35,000, for your MPM and Skyscrapper package, when my present package was still available to me until the month of June 2014. This new proposed package was so represented to me, with the statement that my present MPM package was soon to expire, in the month of November, 2013.

Clearly, this was not the case. There was no meeting of the minds here, and the payment itself erroneous, by misrepresentation of facts. I have also issued to you a cheque for Rs. 20,000 to be en-cashed after 20/12/2013, and I would like for you to return it to me at this point.

I also expect to be reimbursed with the amount of Rs. 35,000 that I had already paid, since my contract with you had not come to an end, and shall not for another 7 months still. I understand that you wish to adjust this with my present package schemes, but i don't see any real merit to that, considering that I may put these funds to use elsewhere, since i have considerable leeway to be exercised with you, when it comes to time and terms.

I understand that you, for contractual liability and payment terms, have a thirty day policy when it comes to refunds, as stated on one your invoices received, and that period is already coming to an end from the time this matter was first discussed with you, so I believe I am to expect the money back in the next couple of working days.

There are enclosed the documents I brought attention to, for your reference.

Hi, I have recharged my aircel prepaid number 952xxxxxx7 on 10th dec 2013, there was a deduction of rs 50 from my balance with a message 'thanks for using aircel services', I launched a complaint and the cc representative was so rude in answering me, she told that I have downloaded some video from wap service, on 16th of dec also the same incident happend and I launched a complaint again, they have come back saying the same reason, on 17th of dec also same incident happened and they are telling that i have downloaded some video pack from wap service, why are these operators not taking any confirmation message before such downloads? Why we have to loose our money without any reasons? Is this a form of cheating these operators practising? It will be really grateful if they credit the money rs 150, which was unneccessarily deducted from my account.

I've submitted my Nokia 820 handset IEMI-354589052657156 to Nokia care for repair at maa communications , preet vihar, Delhi for bad display on Nov, 30th 2013.

I have been chasing the team there for an update on my phone but they have same answer every time"it's in progress, they don't have received the display from warehouse".

I was asked to collect the phone on 7/12. I've been there at centre and they asked me to come on 9/12.
9/12::: Nokia care tech told me it would take another3-4 days and should be done by 12/12.
12/12:: Nokia care tech told me it would take another 3-4 days to fix, but no update till now.
17/12:: no updates on repair, no clue...!!!!

I've been following it continuously and really frustrated by the services Nokia care is offering.

Is there anyone who can help me escalating this request, or can anyone please send me the escalation matrix or route me to right point of contact.

Any help appreciable !

This is quite disappointing.

I have ordered a mobile battery on 24-11-2013 on rediffshopping.com. my order no is 8783535 and i received wrong product on 27-11-2013. So i courier it back as per instructions of rediff.com. Unfortunately, i have not received my product even i have complaint on customer care my times and also send complaint mails many times but there is no response from their side till now. Now i don't need any product from rediff.com i just need my refund.

i m having the same problem with vodafone ...i was on national roaming n have activated a 2g data plan ....and before using internet i called to customer care and asked them whether i would be charged any xtra cost or not if i use internet on national roaming...she said sir dont worry at all ..bcoz as i can see u hv a wrking n activated data plan on ur number so u can use internet n u wont be charged anythng extra for using internet and i m sending you a access point name and number for using internet....so i used internet on national roaming....now when bill generated they charged me 2600 for using just 2G internet...i asked vodafone n have marked a mail to nodal.mum@vodafone.com.....and now what i m getting from them is shocking and a bit like kidding..charmi vora said to me that i have used internet on idea MP/CG(madhya pradesh/chhattisgarh) network by using the access point name and number of vodafone.....how ridiculous is this....its like i have a air ticket of indian airlines and flying on jet airways flight....god only knows thats the policy they follow...i m really fed up of this n got irritated as well

I have ordered a rayban sunglass on kaunsa.com on 27th of november.Expected date of delivery was12th december.But after that day i have tried to connect them by their customer care number.Maximum times they dont even bother to pick up the phone.Fortunately i have got their connection 3 times,they told me that due to heavy purchase of same item,it is delayed from vendor side.Till date i have not received the item.I am calling them for atleast 100times a day.They are not even receiving the call.My name is PRITAM GHOSH,Order id-Kaun/198666.I have paid the amount through creditcard ,of amount 559.
I want a solution of this fraud case by kaunsa.com and refund of my money+compensation for harassing me.
