I have placed an order with order number 9122593 on 3rd Feb which I received on 10th Feb.The product was not matching as described in the site.It seems to be a duplicate one.
On the same day I dropped a mail to shopsupport@rediff.co.in again on 12th I dropped a mail asking for update.
Unable to get any update I called Rediff Customer Care to which they responded that they will respond within 48 hours.

Till date the issue is not resolved despite of several reminders.
Kindly assist me in resolving this issue

I hereby raise a complaint against an insurance policy which was forced by HDFC Bank to me while I had been to avail the locker facility during December 2013 at HDFC BANK # 8 Rajendra Prasad Road, Nehuru Nagar, Branch Code- 260, Chitalapakkam branch , Chennai 600044.
I was completely misguided & Cheated by the bank official BALAMURUGAN saying ,if I have to avail locker facility I will have to pay Rs. 1, 00,000/- as deposit. Based on their word I deposited cash to my Husband’s HDFC account ( A/c # 00101140009651 ) Rs.100000 on 18/01/2012 and the same amount has been converted to DD for Rs.100000( Rupees One Lac) . And the bank officials took my signature on some papers (UNFILLED FORM ) which is written in English also I am unable to read and understand . After few days I received a document through post. While receiving the document my husband was not in station for 30 days due to official work and I know only Tamil and unable to read English and have no knowledge in English, hence kept the document aside.
After my husband return from official trip , to my big surprise i see a policy document being received at home stating a insurance premium of Rs.97,0 02 /per year for 12 years has to be paid against the some HDFC-SL new money back plan policy. Also the terms and conditions mentioned on the document received from you which was explained by my husband was not totally agreeable.
Then My husband approached Bank Officials during February 2013 to cancel it. At that time they said the same can be converted to PAID UP if we are unable to pay the premium continuously.
As I had been told that this money will be kept as deposit I agreed thinking it’s for the locker and the same will be kept as fixed deposit, but the same has been given as a insurance policy for which I have to pay Rs97, 002 year on year, which is not possible as we are a middle class family and my husband is very disturbed because of this premium to be paid and it is practically not possible to pay year on year.

Therefore I request you to cancel my policy and refund the amount to me immediately . on 03rd Jan 2014 i was intimated through SMS saying we have to pay the premium. the worst decision of selecting a broadband operator seems to be Tikona. I hope their should be prepaid facility to avoid this kind of situations.

While getting connection they said everything is free like getting new connection no installation charges, disconnection anytime. But after applying for disconnection they offered me new offers and asked me to continue the service.

Finally after a month later, I am getting call from a fake lawyer saying you have to pay 3000 else will file a case against you.

I have booked a 200 sq yrd. plot in MTECH city Lucknow some 6 years back. The scheme did not get approved and the plots did not come up.

MTECH has still not refunded the amount with interest. I have been following up with their Delhi office but to no avail.

My Name is DK Ruthan full name is Kamireddy Dick Ruthan I have been using my number 9160743777 since over 5 to 6 years this is my journey and my experience which Vodafone has given me and I am proud to share with you all

I use to work for Generals Electric and I took this connection from there it was on postpaid CUG connection because of my worst experience in postpaid I moved on to prepaid I was pretty happy in prepaid as I use to get H+ speed or 3G whatever you call it with a speed of 4mbps to 7mbps. By the whoever I speak to in Vodafone say that 3G is not available in Vodafone anymore but I use to get it and that's a fact

I fine day I got a call from a lady (I don't remember her name) saying that I was valuable customer and Vodafone is giving postpaid connections for a 249 plan which is just for only you customers as you are very valuable. I said I am not interested as my H+ internet speed will go for a toss which I am not willing to lose at any cost and of course my number was also important for me and she said we will convert your same number to postpaid and also added that I can get same H+ Internet speed on my postpaid connection too. I asked her to confirm before commiting any thing to me so she spoke to her manager and She said that she will call me back

She called me and said that she spoke to her manager and confirmed the same saying that I will surely get H+ Internet speed. Then I said I need some time then I spoke to my prepaid customer care team asking what Internet speed I got and they confirmed that it was H+ Internet speed

When that fine lady called me again saying sir are you interested I said yes I am if I get the same H+ Internet speed she said she is 100% sure that I will get H+ Internet speed and I got call from her manager to confirm the same and sent a document collecting agent

When the document collection agent came and showed me the plan in which it was written as 2G Internet I denied to give my documents he called that lady and she confirmed again that I will get H+ Internet speed. She said this line "my name is _____ I am working here since 3 years I am sure about this if there is any peoblem just let me know" (by the way her name starts with the letter S sruthi or srujana I guess but not sure) I use to work for Airtel as team leader 8 years back I remembered my old days because this use to be my counter line to stop some one from doubting me or my commitments. And I lived to my every commitment I made

Yesterday I got my postpaid activated and surprise I got 2G with speed of 19kbps to 24kbps. H+ has disappeared from my screen and thanks to my mysterious lady, her manager, last but not the least Vodafone for hiring 2 known clowns for Vodafone not sure how many good clowns Vodafone hired

I called postpaid customer care team and they say that "Sir 3G is no more in Vodafone the speed what you get is a 2G which is upto 256kbps"

I said "but I am getting 19kbps" she again repeated her statement "upto 256kbps" which itself says everything in it
I said "Thank you" and took your email address

Is this some kind of a plan from Vodafone to get their customers off 3G connections and move them to 2G??????

Now I am struck in this connection for another 3months and I can't continue in this 2G. Even after that I can't move back to 3G I guess because in prepaid when I send sms 3G 9160743777 to 111 I got reply as you are eligible for 3G but now when I send the same sms I get you are not eligible. I am not sure what to do now and who is responsible that lady or her manager or Vodafone who hired them???????

Hello Sir/Madam,
This is Shivaji Lohar, I have bought new mobile phone (Mobile model - Galaxy Samsung Core, bill number: (UAP):2045526 TIN/CST no:-28026280297 IMEI Number: 359710050247197) Hyderabad(Gachibowli) showroom ( 2nd Avenue ) on 12/JAN/2014 around 1 PM.
Issue:-
The very next day from the date of purchase I noticed that there is a NETWORK ISSUE with mobile. I tried using different SIM cards, but every time I was disappointed as none of the SIM was working in the Phone. The same SIM is working properly in other Cell Phones.
The Error message is like:- “MOBILE NETWORK NOT REGISTERED”. Due to which I cannot use any of the SIM services provided such as Making & Receiving Calls, SMS Facilities etc.
If this is the case then what is the Purpose of Purchasing the New Phone…? By spending amount Rs 13350/- if the Phone is not serving the purpose for what it is meant for, then for what purpose it should serve…?
I am getting same issue like whenever I try to call, am getting an error message as “MOBILE NETWORK NOT REGISTERED”. Due to the Issue of the Network I cannot use the Phone. If this is the case than what is the Use of Purchasing the New Phone…?
I bought the phone on 12/Jan/2014. From the very same day there was the above mentioned Issue, so I visited the store on the very next day. They said CRO is not available for the day please come by tomorrow. Next day I again visited the Store and again the same story as “CRO is not available for the day please come by tomorrow.” After following up for 2 days they did not responded to me properly and I was totally frustrated by their idiotic answers given to me.
After regaining some courage, I visited the univercell showroom for the 3rd consequent day and the answer was as “choose the network manually and use the phone.” After following their advice the Network worked for about half an hour and again the Network has lost. I thought that there would be some Network Issue with the Service Provider so I again waited for a day.
On the 4th day, after manual selection of the network, issue was not resolved so showroom executive provided me the 2nd solution as “There may be SIM card issue please changes the same to new one and use.”
I even tried using the solution provided by them but the Issue was still at its heights and now it was very high time for me as this was getting onto my Nerves. So again there was no solution left for me but to visit the Showroom once again. So now they came up with a new reason as “You need to submit your Cell Phone to the Service Center.” I had no option but to leave my phone at the Showroom.
They took around 4-5 days to get my phone back from the Service Center. Kindly note that still the Issue was not resolved.
Totally I have submitted my Cell Phone to Service Center for 3 Times for which the details are as follows:-
1) Registered Crime number:-4167480051(Samsung Service Center)- Software Updated- Issue not resolved
2) Service Request Number:-12805[(UniverCell) Not registered in Service Center]Just cleaned the Wireless Antenna -Issue not resolved
3) Bill No:-4168358925(Samsung Service Center) Changed SIM Slot- Issue not resolved.

I totally frustrated and mentaly disturb because last month 12/01/14 I purchased mobile but still i am not using my cell phone totally 20 days mobile in Service center .send 3 time to service center still issue as is there .now also cell phone in service center only bill no-4168358925.
For that mobile lot of time they done service then i am not feel like, it is new one so i am going to complaint against samsung service center i have much proof.I want to inform because like if any replacement is possible then give me else i will take further step or action what I decide that''s the final.

I have same issue. We can not even contact through phone.
I usually order supplements from mynutramart.com. I will always receive withing 2-4 working days and shipping is mostly free.
I can always contact them instantly via phone.

I never seen in India shipment takes 8-15 working days. These biovia guys seems suspicious.

Hi Team,

I need to file a complaint against Vodafone regarding the data usage charges irrespective of the plan taken.
I am a Vodafone corporate customer since last two years, and in my history I have never faced an issue before like this.
I have taken a Vodafone GPRS plan @ Rs. 99, for 2 GB usage. While I took the plan it was nowhere communicated that on roaming ur GPRS usage charges would be different When I travelled to different city the different operator [Idea] got selected and it never got auto redirected back to Vodafone. So the charges applied w.r.t different operator was hugely high.
My issue is when I have taken the fixed plan why the data usage charges are different, secondly if the operator got auto redirected to Idea, why the same does not get auto redirected back to Vodafone.

I have ordered "SPIGEN SGP Tough Armor Case/cover Black for iPhone 5S/5 HARD ORIGINAL" from Navneet Enterprises through "http://shopping.rediff.com/" Which is delivered on 13th February 2014.

I am writing to inform you that this vendor is fake and shipped used and fake product with scratches to me. Please help me to get refund and get this product returned.

Why the hell they can send me a used and defective product.

Founder of Rediff supports such cheaters I guess. Stay away from this online shopping site.

I had placed an order for bouquet of flowers on 13 Feb 2014 (order no. 9173397). It was mentioned that the flowers will be delivered within one business day, i.e. 14th Feb, 2014.

But I received a mail saying delivery will be done within 4-7 business days. I tried many times to call the customer care to cancel the order as the bouquet would not reach in the stipulated time period.

The bouquet has still not been delivered to the address mentioned and I am still not able to speak to any of the customer care representatives. I have been trying since the past 5 days. My status still says awaiting dispatch.

Rediff shopping is a pathetic experience and they only harass the customers.

The details of the vehicle are as given below:
Honda activa,colour black,

Since the vehicle was delivered on 12th feb evening hours ,the executives wanted to finish the formalities in hurry ,but I noticed most of the fibre parts are pretty old or full of scratches some of its are the front portion the left side covers and floor side metal coverings ,and silencer
Immediately I reported the issue to the manager Mr.Shaji Mob:09605006300 he said we will change it on 1st service when I refused the offer ,he showed me few VECHILE IN THE SHOW ROOM AND ASKED ME TO SELECT ONE ,ITHOUGHT THEY ARE GOING TO ALLOCATE A NEW ONE FOR ME BUT SURPRISINGLY HE SAID THE VECHILEIS ALREADY TEMP: REGD SO PLEASE SELECT ONE OF THESE AND WE WILL CHANGE IT FROM THOUSE VECHILE TO MINE ,at the moment I could see only the external faults and they changed 2 covers and 1 metal cover.by then I was really desperate ,I took the vehicle by riding it I knew it has some major issue either with chase or fork
Next day morning I stared the vehicle, wanted to take a turning, suddenly the right side handle got jammed and the vehicle moved little further hit on a small stone and I fell down
I had no time in the morning; I took it to the showroom in the afternoon they said its perfectly all right nothing wrong
I was not able to drive and again I took it to showroom on 14th feb they changed something and paid for some workshop issue bill given for 829.00/-?
Now they assured its perfectly all right, but the problem persist
Yesterday that’s 18th feb 2014 I kept for a check-up again, now they are insisting me to change the fork assembly and wanted me to make claim ,since the problem persevered right from delivery I really don’t wanted to make a false claim ,so I decided to speak to the manager shaji when he realized that the problem can never happen either it’s an old vehicle nor they have changed to some other vehicle ,there is always a rumour that Honda people change parts from new one and sell it outside ,however the manager never wanted to talk to me and he absconded from the showroom
I phoned up to Calicut KTC and spoke to mr.dineshan who himself claimed he is in charge of kalpetta ,he said I will speak to shaji and come back to you ,nothing happened ,in the evening I again called him on mob;09847495656 , the person who attended the phone said dinesh spoke to you in my phone he is not here ,but shaji says that it’s because of some accident
All of its parts mainly fork assembly, handle, fibre parts, silencer are 100% not new
>Now I wanted to know why they change things from one to another vehicle
>either you take back this scrap and give me new vehicle or pay my money back

I would appreciate it if you could organise to have the problem fixed/use another repairer to fix the problem by 20th feb 2014 As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the Inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost

I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by tomorrow i.e.20th feb 2014 I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Departments or through the courts.

Now I understood what is happening.

1) Biovia doesn't have any warehouse or office here in India.
2) They ship products from other country and without any tracking number.
3) Nobody knows including biovia when product will reach.
4) They can only be contacted through email and since they don't have any information about where shipment is there is no use they always says when they shipped the product after that only god knows where shipments is.
5) They always charge in $ not in rupees but they display price in Indian rupees.
6) Basically they don't have anything in India. They are doing business remotely.

To Biovia:
Please be transparent make your customer know..
You are not shipping from India.
You can not provide have any tracking number for standard courier.
Return policy should be clear people can not wait months get their products.
Give customer option to choose good quality courier service and charge them accordingly so that they can track.

People expect shipment within in 2-4 days. So if it takes 20days it adds frustration.

I'm being charged Rs 250 for a 3G plan for my mobile no 9884310374 which I HAVE NOT OPTED FOR. (RENTAL-MI_VOL_3G_250_1GB (01.01.14 -31.01.14) Rs 250 )

I was given free 3G for a month . I still cancelled ( by sending an SMS) the 3G option before the 1 month expired, as I don't use it. I received a confirmation SMS that it is cancelled. However, I'm being charged for it.

I was having a corporate premium salary account with HDFC Bank long back ago which was a zero balance account. My account no. is 03251140002484 (Branch Bahadurgarh)-Haryana.Our company taken a decision to withdraw sending salary to HDFC Bank and changed corporate accounts to IDBI Bank. Now after more than a year when I have gone to close the
Ac, Bank said you have to pay Rs. 3600/- as service charges for not maintaining minimum balance. They during this one year never intimated about debits they were making in my account nor they have send sms on my registered mobile no. Even monthly statement was not given. This is total injustice. Kindly help me in resolving the complaint. I spoke to Mr.Hari(Manager)- HDFC bank-Bahadurgarh.. His behaviour was also very bad with me. Mr.Hari's contact no. is +91-9896353525.
