My name is Vishal Patel. Recently I joined Asian Paints Ltd. as a post of an Sales - Admin Officer. After joined Asian Paints Ltd. before 1 month I have opened new Salary HDFC Bank Account in Alkapuri Branch, Vadodara, Gujarat. My Account no. is 50100021854619. My employer has online transfer my salary for the month of April 2014 Rs. 13167/- on 14th May, 2014 & I got message from HDFC bank that your salary for Apr 2014 Rs. 13167/- credit into your 50100021854619 account. Then after 1 houron 14th May, 2014 I go to ATM for withdraw fund & I found that my bank balance is 0.00 I am shocked how can this happen? Thenafter I go to nearest HDFC Nizampura Branch, Vadodara for know status. Then that guy Mr. Naman is says that we don't know the exactly reason why your fund is on hold & also he says that your fund will be release on 6:00 pm on 14th May, 2014. I wait till 6:30 pm for my fund but I can't receive it. So, Again I go to Nizampura Branch to talk with Mr. Naman & again that guy says that your fund will be release on 9:00 pm. Till I wait whole night for fund but I can't receive my fund. So next day I go to again Nizampura Branch to talk with Mr. Naman. Mr.Naman says that come in branch on 4:00 pm for resolve the issue. Then I go to branch on 4:05 pm & Finally Mr. Naman says that your fund is on hold due to your previous due of Credit Card. I am really disappointed to know that how can HDFC credit card department freeze my valuable money without inform me from my saving account because of HDFC Credit Card Department & HDFC Saving Bank Account department is totally different. I really want my money. My Credit Card No. is 5242160000407626. I am really needy person, Please help me otherwise I have to go lanuch this complaint in every consumer forum & every where.

i"m very disappoint with reliance service .i have recharged my data per moth rs-99, but net connection is so week. most of the time my net is totly stop for 10 hr. i have call customer care but they didn't do any response.last 3 months i have suffering for that type problem.
its very irritation service plz solve my problems other wise i complaint the police and file the case immediately on your customer care service.

Same thing happened to me. They themselves barred my number for exceeding limit for a particular month and I cleared that bill. And told them to terminate it immediately. They told it will take around 10-20 days.. and you have to pay the monthly rental as it is a postpaid connection. I had 450 plan and I agreed, thinking giving 450 I will get rid of this number... For a month, on 15 I cleared the bill,(till then my number was barred) and put a termination request and it got in suspend mode from 20th and after that termination.
I immediately bought airtel and stop using this useless service... However, to my dismay, they billed me 1200 rs for that month. And when I wrote a mail to their customer care to respond to me on the details of the bill..none of them are ready to listen and even not to respond back...

Now these people are telling to take legal action against me. I too will take action against them, and planning to take them to consumer court.

That's it!!! Making black money out of people... Goons!!!

Its been more than three months i have bought a reliance gsm sim card.I cannot understand why the are applying vas charges and not refunding it properly.Every time i recharge my number there in unnecessary vas charges applied on my phone.I request please refund my money.

sir actully i am cheated by vodafone service provider on 12 may 2014.On 6 may 2014 i had recharged my mobile no.9774063021 with Rs.199 as unlimited internet use,by mistake my retailer rcg my no.with Rs.14 as sms pack.Where Rs. 14 is a 70 mb internet pack.By recharging Rs. 14 my previous unlimited pack has been stopped.When i had asked to the Customer care executive, he promise me to refund my previous unlimited pack on 15 may 2014 at 06:00 pm.But till today they had blocked my number and i am unable to talk with them.Till taday i have not received my pack.My complaint registration number is 92562636.Please do something sir,i want to go strongly against them.

Hello Sir/Ma'am

I would like to tell you that I didn't subscribe any Services but my mobile balance is deducted daily without any intimation. When I try to make a complaint through reliance customer complaint number 198, they are not answering my call, At the mean time I have called them so many time they were telling the same thing again and again that the money will not be refunded. So I want to register a complaint against reliance communication...
I am not the only person who face this type problem. Many of my friends & relatives face the same problem. Unnecessarily the amount get deducted form our balance. Please you need to take the serious action against this and also need to check your systems.

Now, I kindly requested you to please take Strict action against him and told him to refund my balance.

I had placed an order a few days back and the order status shows "handed over to courier company".When I tried calling the vendor he said he has not been contacted by the rediff team regarding any such product and hence never dispatched any such product.My order no. is 9676853.I dont want any of your products you can keep them to yourself.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. Rediff is a complete fraud site and there is an urgent need to take a legal action against it. I should've read the reviews before ordering a product from rediff. It is a complete waste of time and money.

Hello Sir,

Intend - Raising this complain in lieu of both mine and my spouse’s credit card. I’m a gold customer of HDFC back since 2007 and my wife since 2013. I hold a limit of appx Rs5 lacks and my spouse a limit of 30 thousand.
Prior to this dispute, there was no concern and we really hold a very good credential/ history based on the behavior of our transactions. We used to trust this bank a lot (in closed eyes)

9th August 2013 – is when the dispute arises.

Issue – On 9th August 2013, HDFC bank offered a cash back offer of Rs1000 or 20% on all domestic flights booking through Make My Trip.com. by using their PROMO code. Prior making the booking, to ensure this was true and also how to do meaning procedure, I had a detailed conversation with 3 customer care executives in HDFC bank help line number. All of them did confirm me this was correct and suggested me to create separate make my trip.com accounts to avail the offer in both of our cards. They also assured no need to worry…no need to reach out to make my trip.com…or none hidden clause etc…meaning I was only given assurance to go ahead and make the purchase. On getting such confirmation, I did that in similar way as suggested by bank’s CCEs. To ensure I made it right, gave them a follow up call and then also they have assured me of getting the cash bank since everything looked prefect. During our conversation, they did mention, the credit will not happen instantly knowing a cash back, but would reflect in my bill after 14 days.
Since I made the purchase on 9th Aug and my every month billing cycle is 11th, so per expectation, the amount will reflect in my Sep month bill. I did also re-confirm this after the bill was generated on 11th Aug.
With all these assurance and in good faith, I did make the payment of the complete amount for August bill. What surprised me is in Sep bill. NO CASH BACK reflected. I instantly called CCE of HDFC back and they did tell me, there might be an error at their end and requested me to make the remaining payment deducting 1000 + 1000 = 2000 rupees from both the cards. They also committed to dig in further and resolve the issue quickly. With this assurance I did make the payment similar way. Now, in the month of Oct, same scenario, no cash back provided to me. I immediately called the CCE. Now they started cooking stories and asked me to reach out to make my trip.com. On reaching out to them, later ignored to comment anything and denied to help me saying all guidance was provided by your bank and re-directed me back to them. I was very frustrated and tried calling them again and again, but now they were not ready to talk to me and going with the same song. I was more frustrated as they started applying interest and late payment charges in my card account. Seeing all these my spouse became nervous and she made the full payment to her card. Just to let you know, we don’t like any bad records and prefer to be a clean citizen in financial aspect with God’s grace. Since I stopped getting support, I hold of making any further payment to the bank. On holding the payment, they started to call me. I even spoke with their Supervisor but he was so rude and denied to assist me. The case was forwarded to their collection department. Collection people started calling at odd hours and threatened my elderly parents when I was in office. When I spoke to them, they started denying. When I made them aware of the issue, they found this logical and started requesting me to make some payment. Next day morning 2 people from collection department came to my place and started putting pressure on me. I asked them to settle down. Showed them all the details, email communication and proofs. I also told them, that I don’t have any intention of cheating bank’s single penny, but my issue should be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. I also let them know, the money is kept aside and ready to make payment as soon as the bank resolves the case. I told them the reason of holding the payment was only to seek bank’s attention to get my case resolved. Listening to all these, they provided me an email addresses ("aditya.puri@hdfcbank.com" aditya.puri@hdfcbank.com) and assured to get this resolved within 7 days. On basis of their request and honor, I did make the payment of around 7 – 10 thousand (as requested by them).

Few days later, started receiving wired and illogical email response from this department (Priya L). One thing I must say, they did not read the issue but replied in email with all non-sense just to deviate from the topic.
I patiently did make follow ups after follow ups, they started to call me, We had conversations. The most interesting part is they started to deny. At times they said, there was no such offer, at times they said I didn’t call them and there is no call records tied to this issue on or later 9th Aug, at times they said, I didn’t put in the PROMO CODE. I was too frustrated and not sure what to do. Reaching out to the collection people, they were astonished too. They said not sure why bank is doing like this and my case is really genuine. It should have been addressed and resolved till now.

The bug stops here. I started giving them strong response and told them I’ m not going to make any further payment. I also asked them to stop by spouse’s card and ready to close it. Surprisingly they accepted it and send the final statement. I made the complete payment in my spouse’s card account.

Now the banking department approached me asking for proof if I had any (call records, email confirmation, confirmation which says the offer was there, and if I have entered the promo code etc.) I felt bad about how the CCE providing service in behalf of bank. Instead of finding it by own, seeking proof from customer. This was pathetic.

I grouped all the proofs and pasted in a word doc and send to them. More interestingly as I knew, now they came up with new fresh cooked story – saying, offer was valid, calls were there, I did enter the promo code, but I clubbed another promo code with this one and which is why, I am not entitled for this cash back. This made me stop thinking and I was like HUH !! SO MUCH PATHETIC AND NO ONE IS THERE TO PROVIDE A RESOLUTION. THERE MUST BE MORE PEOPLE LIKE ME IN INDIA where bank is cheating similar way. So my question is, if there were all this hidden clause, why was it not started clearly with the initial confirmation calls, just to get business to the bank and depriving the customer (common man). I promised to take step and reach out to RBI and Consumer Court.

Based on the methodology, I did also email HDFC grievance department, but no response yet. I’m only getting auto reply and reply from card department saying they will charge 3.5 % and more interest on my account and asking me to make immediate payment.

Just to let you know Sir, I am a common service holder, can’t afford to make extra amount payment which was not used by me. Bank has now started calling me/ my elder parents and started giving threats, they are saying will send court notices, collection people etc. to my place. They are now harassing both me and my family mentally. I fear and feel unsecured. Please help!!!!

I’m ready to make the complete payment for all my genuine purchase (excluding the interested, late payment and cash back promised to me)

with reference to your letter sent to us on 9.12.13 via courier on the completion of your project along with a demand notice for outstandings , we would like to clarify & ask you to furnish all facts & documents to the same to settle your balance amount if any & agree to take possession subject to below terms , conditions & queries are dealt , answered & agreed upon with us in a professional & business way of dealing with clients :-

1. Our previous emails : Have till date not been answered by your office since last 2 years now , we have been calling up & pursuing your office for the completion certifcates for last 2 years now as your letter dated 1.12.2011 stated that you would be completing all works in 90 -120 days which was never done . See emails of 6.3.2013, 4.4.13,2.7.13 & today .

2. Our meeting at your office in the months of march/ april/may 2013 where in we met Mr terence , mr Nimish, mr kadam & finally your director Mr Jayeshbhai shah too & agreed to pay all dues except last possession instalment & development charges , same was agreed by both your staff that we would pay only when you physically show us a copy of the completion certificate & we shall take possession only then. We paid all dues at this time via receipt nos :-
1. BED49552 - amount : 177960, date :- 7.5.2013
2. PRA49350 - amount : 23588 date :- 19.4.2013.
3. Pra43024 - amount : 7740 date :- 29.3.2013

All receipts are in record with us showing clearly our intention to pay in time since last 6 years of this project since we paid 80% of the amount in the year 2008& have been making regular payments to you . We also got the stamp duty & registration done 2 years back with the commitment from your end that you would finish the project in 2011 , but still not done .

3. CC letter :- you have stapled additional paper , which is not your letter head , nor signed by the directors or authorised signatories , nor dated , nor computer generated paper letterprint , which claims you have obtained the CC for the building no 3 in your project gaurav excellency , if that is the case , you should have attached a copy of the CC & sent it to us along with a covering letter from your architect & signed by a authorised signatory , which is not done , may we ask why ?
Assuming your claim to be True , may we ask you now to send us a copy of the Completion certificate by email or courier to our address & fix up the meeting at your office to clear all the issues amicably ,

4. Docs required by us Please send asap :-

a. Occupational Certificate from the Mira Bhayender MC : Which you said might take 6 months more at this time.
b. Water & electrical Connection Certifcate & presence of Indivdual water/electric meters connected to our apartments .
c. Health club & other amenities :- that you want us to pay , please ask your architect to issue a certificate that these amenities are ready to use for us to make the payment to you as per OC clause all amenities should be ready to use & certified by Municipal Corporations engineers.
d. Fire,Lift safety NOC & completion certificate since its a tower project , along with approved plan of the refuge areas & assemble areas.
e. Final copy of the approval of the BCC & CC for the bldg upto level 16 as per ur claims

To summarise my email & concerns on the unsigned letter dated 8.5.14 you have sent me for penalty & payments , suggest that you reply to this email of mine & we can arrange a meeting personally if you are ready to give us all clearances & papers that we seek as this is our legal right to ask the developers for the same , failure to submit the same to us will be counted as a lapse/breach of agreement from your side .

please reply to this email within 7 days time , failure to reply will be counted as you are not willing to cooperate with us as buyers of the property & will leave us no option but to address the matter with MCHI & respected consumer court of India .

ATM card trapped in machine is withheld months without delivery by cherukkunnu branch, due to discovery of a erraneous charge imposed was notified and the anger of escalation is reacted by unfair behaiviour and poor customer care.

Dear sir,

I am virendra b chougule from Belgaum Karnataka ,sir I have purchased nokia lumia 625 on date 21 sep 2013

And it was working fine till 18 april on 19th april volume key stoped working so I visited to nokia care in Belgaum Karnataka service provider( HAPPY MOBILES)

JOB NUMBER 322465550/140419/17 By evening I received my mobile back but from next day my mobile started malfunctioning so I visited to nokia care I have inwarded my mobile to service center stating all defect in mobile which I experienced after few hours I received my mobile back saying now reset has done it will work properly but problem was not solved so I revisited to service center and inward the set but after few hour I call to service center to know status of my mobile reception says it is physical damage were I have visited 3 to 4 times and while inwarding the set was inspected by them how can the damage occurs problem in my phone are network problem,call drops ,incoming call are not displayed,multiple contact numbers,updates shows on display but when we visit to store no updates available ,music volume up down works but no sound ,Bluetooth problem,set hangs,the service is carring on same job id .i kindly request you to replace my set as soon as possible waiting for your reply.
