My name is Digvijay Singh Yadav, I have been using the no. 9569110719 PUNJAB CIRCLE.

Complaint: Automatic balance deduction.

this is the third time reliance is deducting my money for the idiotic services which no body knows, not even their customer care executives. I have already called them several times and now they do not even register my case. i do not get money credited to my account (Date: 26 Apr 2016, Time: 10:25 AM, Amount: Rs. 30. Paytm Order No. 1695474624
and Transaction ID: 5213804251061170.
i called the customer care and they refused to file a complain.

From past few days i am prompted for the unknown bas services that are due on my phone no. for Rs. 30, 60, and 90. i cancelled/ unsubscribed to again so that my balance don't get deducted but as soon as i recharged my phone with Rs 20 on AGAIN on, May 14 2016 at 9:46 pm, and i received 15 rupees but suddenly a service named ShotforModlSub 60 got activated for Rs 14. and then for VAS ShortformatD2C they deducted my rest 1 Re. too now tell me again what kind of service are you providing to your customers?

What are these services?
Why are they getting activated again and again?
I live in a constant fear of sudden balance deduction and do not have any balance on my account from past 3 months, what about emergencies?
Why the customer care do not know about these services if i get charged for them theen i must know what are these.
Please stop looting your customers.
I have many other works to do in my life i am not here to chase reliance for these issues.
I want a permanent solution.
Customer care don't register my complaints and also many a time for two to three days my phone is not able to recieve any signals, no incoming calls. i also complained this to customercare@relianceada.com but it was of no use.

either give me my money back and assurance that it won't happen again.
or
i am going to consumer forum for getting this issue resolved.

i am really frustrated this time.

After repeatedly calling customer care and going through the labyrinth of all the codes and no.s to reach a customer care executive. He says: Sir you have this VAS active on your phone and the money has been deducted for the same, and we cannot refund it.
My query: what the **** is that VAS I don't know how it got activated I don't know. How is this used I don't know and when I did not subscribe to the service they how the heck is reliance charging me for the same?
I DEMAND A REFUND

c. Third msg: "Dear Reliance Customer your subscription renewal for ShotforBiscSub60 Service for Rs. 60 is due on 12/03/2016. To unsubscribe SMS Unsub 4036 to 155233 (Toll-free).

d. Fifth msg: Amount Charged for VAS ShortformatD2C Rs: 6.00 Current Main Balance: Rs: 1.73

e. The sixth msg comes: Amount Charged for VAS ShortformatGSM Rs: 1.00 Current main balance Rs: 0.73

i was reminding again that till today i e 16 may 2016, my sim.9247878902 is still not activated. the reliance appallete complaint no,SR245840906 and 245813169 mentioned that simm is 100% activated on or before 14 th may 2016....but no action is taken the sim is in same position.

I have received a reply from their customercare services having shown T&C rule of Min Transaction of Rs 50& max cash back of Rs. 50. hence sending it again. Free charge are denying the claim showing T&C rule of Min Transaction of Rs 50& max cash back of Rs. 50. If it is so then it should display in bold in vicinity of promo code & not on fugitive page. Free charge is cheating the customer using such fake advertisement.

Hi,
I have taken Reliance pro3 Dongle around 1 year back and was paying bill regularly.The promised speed was 7 MBPS even though they are advertising 14.7 MBPS .But from the beginning i was getting speed less than 1 MBPS or sometimes between 1-2 MBPS.I was impacted heavily on my work front and raised several grievances on PG Portal for the same.

But they never resolved the issue finally i stopped paying bill and then harassment starts from reliance end.They started calling me on daily basis to pay the bill and than they they harassed me by sending mails that they will take legal action and finally below Mail :

This is how there business going on ...

Please suggest me what can be done as i want to take some strict against reliance broadband services.

CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES ARE BIG LIERS AND CHEAT....
TRIES EVERYTHING TO LOOT A CUSTOMER...........

Approximately 8-10 months back, when I was planning to relocate to Banglore, I placed a request in tikona to disconnect and send someone to collect the devices. All the payments were done from my end till that time. Nobody turned up from tikona during that period and lastly I moved to Banglore. After 1-2 months, I got a message stating that my bill has been generated. I was f**ked up..... I immediately called tikona to clarify things....the representative assured me that everything will be taken care automatically and I just had to confirm disconnection one more time. I did the same. He also shared some reference number.....I thought this time, it's all done.........but LUCKLY(Sarcastic), similar things happened to me again a few more times. I placed disconnection request again.....got another reference number...... So, all together more than 3-4 times, I placed disconnection.

And now after these 8-10 months, a lawyer from tikona is calling me from last 1 week and asking to pay due amount. I asked that what kinda due is it? He doesn't have any appropriate answer and just forcing me to pay the money asap. I clearly mentioned the entire situation and informed him that all the necessary payments have already been done at the time, I placed the disconnection request. But, he doesn't have any answer......I tired contacting tikona through different numbers and emails....but no reply.....I FEEL TORTURED AND MENTALLY HARASSED..... THIS IS THE WORST AND AWEFUL EXPERIENCE WITH TOKINA.....I will never ever opt for any service from this company and will try to stop others to go for tikona.

i received power bank from book my offer is in completely unusable state and damaged. when i called them on the number +91-8010001133 i found no receiver. when i checked web site it shows The page you were looking for doesn't exist. no reply to mail. i think company may be fake company. kindly take action against this fraudulent shopping company and save india.

This sounds absurd however it is true that though the HDFC claims to be one of the best banks in India,on the other side they are the worst bank ever.These are very good in lying to people and making a fun of their emotions along with playing with their emotional and financial needs.I applied for a personal loan on 24 of April 2016,for my brother's admission.The executive came to my office address,collected the necessary documents and said that within a week you will get the funds,after the verification process is all done.the verification process went on and after a week i received no response from anyone.I found it difficult to contact with these bank guys and somehow after two weeks i got one of the manager's number named Rajesh.I called him and discussed about the situation of ano reply from the executives.After all efforts,in the third week my loan got approved and Rajesh informed that the executive will come to my residence to collect the cheques of my desired bank account wherein they will transfer the funds.They collected eight blank cheques from me with my signature on it and promised that i will get the funds by the same day evening dated as 13th of May 2016 or the next morning.However i did not receive anything.I called up Rajesh and he said that due to some IFSC problem,they could not transfer the funds.However he has sent it to the Chennai team for an approval and it would be done by Monday evening dated as 16th Of May 2016.However it did not happen again.I kept on calling him for the next three days and Rajesh kept on saying the same thing that he has sent it to the Chennai team for the transfer of the amount and everything is sorted out now,so i will get the funds credited by the evening of the same day or the next day.I waited too much but did not receive the funds.Later on Rajesh started ignoring my calls and even if he answers,he used to tell the same thing again and again addressing that the Chennai team is not responding.I was tired of hearing the same fake sentences from Rajesh,and at last i called the phone banking for the HDFC and spoke to a manager named Rashmi,She also gave me an assurance stating that she will talk to the stated individuals and get the things sorted out by the same day evening.However i did not receive any call,and later on even she started ignoring my call.After numerous effort and calls when i called the customer services again on 20th Of May 2016,Rashmi said the same thing that she will get this sorted out soon without any time limit declared,and she also blamed that its the Chennai team who is not responding and the sales team,specifically Rajesh should take care of this case.None of the executives and managers proved to be effective rather they were all useless,and believe that i wasted my time with this worst HDFC bank and its services who claim to provide the services when needed.I will never recommend banking with these fake promising people rather look for other effective banks.This all actions have been performed in Bangalore.I am not sure whether my complaint would be entertained and i will get a solution soon.However if i get a fair justice to my complaint,it would certainly prove that my efforts did not went in vain and we can still claim for justice.

Hello ,

On 23rd May 2016, I received a call from +919650294692 from a lady who initially did not identify herself but on my insistence said she was calling from the information department of Delhi High Court and that i had a fraud case registered against me at the Delhi High Court and she said in a very threatening manner that there was a case filed against me in Delhi Consumer court and case of cheating under Sec.420 will be registered against me in Delhi High Court. He gave me the mobile no. of another person, by name Yadav (09821636730) and said that he is Delhi High Cour lawyer, who will be filing this case against me and contact him immediately

This seems to be some new kind of scam / fraud, calling up people & threatening them that there is criminal case being filed against them. The common man in India is wary & scared on hearing the name of “Courts/Police”.

Please take necessary action against this number.

Tikona is the worst internet service provider. I complained repeatedly for 1.5 months. The engineers visited at least 10 times but could not solve the problem. They give fake assurance, they have unqualified staff and pathetic customer care.

I have been wasting my time by talking to customer care representatives of Tikona and entertaining their engineers at my place for 2-4 hours.

Do not continue withier service, stop using it, record every call, take screenshots of connection or speed test (if you are lucky to get connected) and complain.

If you want to complain about their services at higher level,

Search for ‘Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum’ of your respective district and file a complain with proper filling of the form. My advocate friend has advised me. For Ahmedabad, it is https://cdrc.gujarat.gov.in/df-ahmedabad-city.htm.

Hi,

I am writing this mail to seek your attention to the order:22901961 which was ordered by one of senior citizen whose age is 75. It was a roti maker and in order to ease her work, she order it through phone and now as it is not working properly as it is being described in the advertisement, she called the customer service immediately the next day after receiving the product.

They said they will be taking the return of the product within 24 hours of time. But, there was no activity made on that. Today, May, 23, 2016, again she called up and now the customer service is saying thst they will not be refunding the money, instead, they will be providing a gift card valid for 6 month through which she can buy anything.

Now, this is really upsetting for an old lady to take up this stress of buying something through that gift card or keeping a product which is not as described. She tried for online shopping for the first time but your customer service as a negative impact on old generation.

I am really unhappy with the service of naaptol as the resolution given to solve the concern of a genuine customer is a torture and very frustrating. Complaint no: 15471488,

I had ordered a samsung 16800 MAH power bank which I received yesterday 13th May 2016 which did not even had a box or cover, it was open and had to be assembled and most importantly it is absolutely fake and bogus. after charging also it doesn't work. Also at one glance u can tell that it is fake cheap Chinese.

Order number 080467793316123 samsung power bank 16800 MAH.

The power bank had a print on it saying it is 20800 MAH where as I ordered 16800 MAH it is not working at all and the customer care does not help, they say that we have to email them and they will revert in 5 to 7 days and no refund. This is ridiculous.
