Dear Sir / Madam
I had a talk with your customer service associates on 6th Dec 2015 at 6.37 pm where he only asked for details of deduction for which I had confirmed him that I have already provided the same in the complaint but to my surprise
Again on 6th December 2015 at 9.18 pm my balance has been deducted for Rs. 3/- under VAS HungamaGSM

I'm just getting frustrated by this.

Request for your immediate action in resolving the issue.

This is the last platform i got to reach the concerned authorities to escalate my complaint against my 15 days old New Sony LCD LED Tv's (MODEL NO: KDL -55w800C) purchased from Sargam Electronics ludhiana. as soon i opened my sealed tv box I discovered it was a used piece with all social sites like Facebook, watts', google play , gmail logged in by an anonymous account "deepverma1991" . Further adding to my misery my Tv restarts in middle of viewing , coming back to home screen leaving the source it was playing in. That is not all it even fails to detect the usb drive.. and i need to do the start up setup to make that possible every time i mount a Usb to my Tv.
At first I contacted to SARGAM ELECTRONICS(ludhiana) CONTACT PERSON NAMED MR NARINDER, from where I got a response that a sony technician will sent to fix up the issue .

came to my place and confirmed the fact the piece I am Using is a used piece.

I recontacted SARGAM ELECTRONICS OVER WHICH THEY THEY DENIED TO EVEN LISTEN MY QUERY stating it was sealed piece and its company fault they have given us the used piece so you can get in contact with the sony itself.

AFTER GETTING DISCOURAGED FROM THE DEALER PLACED HERE, I CONTACTED SONY COMPANY THROUGH ALL POSSIBLE MEDIUM CALL CENTRE TOLLFREE PHONE CALL ASSISTANCE MORE THAN FIVE TIME , LIVE CHAT 3-5 TIMES, EMAILS 4-5 TIMES but all in vain.

Phone and chats just states that WE have escalated your case wait for some time for the response. and mails were unanswered.

My case reference Id was changed . i mailed the company twice to provide me with that but its third day today I am unable to get even that .

I have received No confirmation from the company's end that where is my case landed till now and i was waiting for an acknowledgment that that you have received all requisite information n documents from my side. but failed to get any as of now.. all the efforts are from my side till date .. to know the status or to pursue the matter further... I have not expected such an attitude from a leading company like you..

I bought Moto G 3rd Generation mobile on 1st August 2015 from http://Flipkart.com . After one and half month, there was some problem in mobile display (Red lines on the screen and Picture quality degraded) so I had given the mobile to the customer service centre for repairing / replacement because it was under the warranty period as per advice from Motorola Customer care. The Local Service Centre (Aakarsh Electronics, Kanpur) have taken the mobile and told me to collect it after 10 days. It was almost two month since the mobile had been taken by the customer service centre for repairing / replacement. Till 2nd Dec 2015, they have not returned the mobile back to me and they were extending the date. Even when contacted to the local service centre, they were saying that part has not sent by Motorola. When contacted Motorola, they are saying that part has been sent already. In between both of these bodies, no one was responding me correctly, making fraud with me. I have contacted Motorola India through emails on “motoinfo_in@mailwc.custhelp.com” many times. At each time, I got a closure date which extends its limit to some other date. On 3rd Dec I went to the service center to get know-how about the status of repairing but, fortunately, mobile was repaired after so much patient-check of so many days almost 2 months. But the story does not end here. The mobile they have returned to me was the faulty one. Its receiver speaker was malfunctioned. Then I had given that mobile back to the service center, they tried to repair it but still I am facing the same problem from receiver part. And this time it is even worse than earlier. Why should I compromise on a quality issue? I do not want to use a faulty device which is having some internal problems. Apart from less hearing volume issue, when I connect it to charger its receiver sound changes and sounds like a noisy voice. Even its microphone is malfunctioned now after the service along with its main speaker which lowered the quality of sound as like low-quality local made speakers. Its motion sensors malfunctions sometimes automatically. I am a Ph.D. Scholar at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and from last five days, I am wasting my time in visiting Service center with no output. I am not at all interested now in visiting service center as it unnecessarily wasting my valuable time in such things

The Reliance company has been deducting my balance since last year for VAS USSD service in my no,7308350613 for which i did not choose to activate. Rs 3 is being deducted every 2-3 days which is really annoying. Please don't cheat your costumers. Kindly deactivate the service and refund my balance deducted.

This is with reference to my mobile no 9899596393 and another no 9899597663 (data card no)

There have been technical issues going on Vodafone website since last three months wherein whenever I tried making payment for my no 9899597663 , I used to get technical error every time for Aug as well as Sept month. Inspite several reminders to Vodafone this problem continued and because of this I couldn’t make payment on time for my data card no 9899597663 and since almost past one month Vodafone has suspended my data card services. Though I could make all online payments for my other no 9899596393. I cant make cash or cheque payment as my Company doesn’t except the same. Also I am sick and on bedrest so can’t go to the Vodafone store to make payment.

Now after three months of non-payment (due to the technical error on the website) they have even suspended my other no i.e 9899596393 (which has no outstanding).. inspite several requests made and problem explained to customer service department, the problem still remains. Even my RM – Mr. Sunny Arora never ever tried contacted me since past 2 years and never ever made a coutsey call or introduction call and never picks up my phone.

I tried to explain my problem to the Sr. CS executive Mr. Sagar but he is also not ready to help me.

I am really surprised how can they suspend services of my no 9899596393 which has no outstanding pending.

Due on non-working of both the nos, I have faced so much of financial loss since past one month.

I would like to file a complaint against Vodafone service provider and file a case of mental harassment against them of Rs, 25,000.

Hope I will get the complete justice.

And this continues since 1 month. They are not helping me to solve this issue. This problem is not only for me. There are many who are facing this problemessage in my area.
