hello...8254814920 is my reliance prepaid no. and i am facing some unwanted balance deduction charged for some VAS USSD services...sometimes Rs5 - sometimes Rs3 n it continues...plz help me sort out this prblm...thank you

Sir it is to inform u that my reliance number is 9796207273 on the name of mohd yaseen parrey ..
I recharged it with 282 6gb 2g internet pack for 90 days on 14sep .. But my interpack is exhausted in 10 days but since I have 5 + gb in my account m.
Please go through matter and register my complaint

Hi Team,

My name is Ravi Shankar Mallick. I am a Vodafone Corporate Postpaid Customer in Kolkata. My Mobile number is 9051679675. My email address is ravishankar.mallick@bt.com. I have received a bill for Rs 2632.71 for bill dated 1st Sep, 2014.

I have a dispute on this bill for 2 charges. Firstly, I have been charged Rs 1224 for ISD calls. Let me tell you that I do make ISD calls but these calls are only to Bangladesh. The number to any all in Bangladesh starts with 0088031 or 0088. That is the dialing code for Bangladesh. You can check this on my previous bills. I have never disputed call charges with you guys but these nos which are mentioned in my bill I do not even know where these nos belong to. I have never heard about these numbers. If a person is making international calls, is this the way you treat them by charging them for any random number?

Secondly, I have been charged Rs 50 for a Bhojpuri Service. I do not even know what this is? How do you expect me to pay for something when I have not used this?

I have already asked for a migration from Postpaid to Prepaid and I received a call from your Retention team stating that the charges are invalid and they will waive off a part of it however, no waiver has been done so far. On top of that, if your employee says that the charges are invalid then how can you guys ask me to pay for it? I received this call on Saturday morning.

If you guys can sort out my bill, I will stay with Postpaid.

Please respond asap.

I did send out the same email to Vodafone and they are saying that the charges are valid and I need to pay. One of the representatives over the phone say that the charges are invalid and they will give waiver and the other one say that the charges are valid.

Please help me in this case. I cannot afford to pay a bill which I have not used.

HI,
I booked my bike from surat to ahmedabad(250km Distance) on 15.09.2015 and paid Rs 1800 for the door delivery and at the time of booking they promised that i will get the door delivery in 2 days. Till today(22.09.2015) i have not received my bike and if i call them they will disconnect my calls and if answers then they say some excuses and trying to fool me. I fed up with this situation and need your help to resolve this problem.

Instead of penalizing the customer, HDFC Bank should choose to "charge the person who is depositing cash" into an account which does not belong to the depositor.

For example, I have done some online service (say CV re-design, etc.) to one of my outstation customer and he has to deposit Rs. 1000 as my fees. Then HDFC Bank should charge the person who is visiting the bank and ask him to pay an amount of Rs. 1012.86 for crediting Rs. 1000. This methodology is similar to prepaid mobile phone recharge.

Who will bell the HDFC cat?

I received a call from some body stating she was from Delhi consumer court and told me I have 2 cases against me n I will have to go to Delhi to attend the case as reliance has filed a case against you for non payment where as I haven't even used the connection for a more than a month..There was always some issue with the lines near my house and in spite of complaining a million times they never fixed it and my connection was terminated as I didn't want it and then I kept receiving bills every month and when I enquired they said pay 2 months bill and vl settle this and then I asked them why do I have to pay for 2 months when the connection was never workin in the first place and now finally this had totally summed up to Rs5000 and they ll file a case against me ?? Pl go ahead and jail Me just like hoe the lady threatened me and I won't pay a single pie to you cheaters.

Hello,

I have been staying in a paying guest in Bangalore since 2011,i met a girl in pg and we were became friends in 2013 and we were living in different rooms in the same pg,
but that girl vacated the PG recently without paying one month rent to that owner.she told me that she is vacating the pg in the end of month but in the mid only she vacated without informing anyone.
Now the problem here is that owner is started torturing us saying that u guys helped her on this matter even though we have not involved in this,even we have given that girl number to owner to talk to her but the owner is not willing to talk to her.
she has disconnected the power in my room since 20 days and she didn't give hot water for bath and she is telling to vacate us in 5 days orelse she is telling they throw away my stuffs from room. etc.
we have not done any mistake still she is torturing us like hell,my friends are having exams in the next week,they are unable to study due to no power in the room.
She will not provide rent slip after taking the rent and she has only boy workers for cleaning room,toilet etc.

Hello,
I haven't received the refund for the Order no # 16198508 and my Complaint no-11147254 despite the product has sent back to merchant one month back. Everytime i call them for refund they always say you will receive a call from us within 48hrs but no call received so far.

Why they are not refunding my money back??? as a customer i feel i am cheated my money is gone for nothing, Please help me out.

Respected Sir,

I am a customer of ICICI bank Jorbag Branch New Delhi. My Account number is 028601510693.

I have deposited two cheques of Axis Bank in ICICI dwarka branch (Cheque numbers: 256556 and 256557 of amount 1lakh and 2 lakhs respectively) on 14th Sept 2015. Cheque Deposit slip is attached herewith.

The problem which I am facing is that the amount is still not credited in my account although it has been debited from the account of person who gave me the cheques.

When I contacted ICICI customer care for this concern on 21st Sept they told me that it will be credited in your account at the EOD but nothing happened. Same reply I got from them for the next consecutive 2 days and after this they told me that there is some kind of confirmation pending from your parent branch i.e. ICICI Jorbagh.

After this, I contacted the ICICI Jorbagh Branch Manager Mr. Piyush Lav (Contact number:8800894706) on 23rd Sept for this concern and he assures me that he will do the needful and the amount will be credited in my account at EOD. When I asked him about the reason behind this delay he said that we need some kind of confirmation but we found nobody at you house, although nobody came at my place and I didn't get the idea if I am depositing any cheque in my account why they need to visit my house and what they need to confirm. I let go the idea of raising this issue further as he assures me anyhow I will get my credit of required amount at EOD.

Today, on 24th Sept when I checked my account the amount is still not credited in my account and when I tried contacting Mr. Piyush Lav he stopped responding my calls. So I dropped him a message related to the concern.

Being a loyal customer of ICICI bank I am not able to understand why this is happening with me as I am in urgent need of money.

I request you to please intervene in this matter and help me to get this issue resolve ASAP as three days bank holidays approaching i.e. 25th, 26th and 27th Sept.

I Sanjay Singh S/O Sh Balvir Singh R/O H. No-32, Gali No-04, Ganga Sahai Colony, Mandoli, Delhi-110093. It is to bring your notice that, I had withdrawal money @10000/- from AXIS ATM at mandoli on dtd 22/10/2013 ( for occasion of Deepawali) but amount deducted from hdfc A/C- (09341050004723) but not recd money after that I had registered FIR as well as complaint in HDFC Bank & others formalities but I did not received any positive response from bank & always were giving assurance from HDFC Bank after that I had tired & frustrate on this matter in that time, but few days back I was listen about RTI/Complaint online services so now I am registering complaint against HDFC bank & I have following documents for proof as mentioned in below & attached also!!
1> HDFC complaint docket no along with Name of Branch Manager.
2> Request letter of HDFC Bank.
3> FIR copy.
4> Card Holder dispute form of HDFC Bank.
5> Bank Statement of HDFC Bank for Transaction details.

So would really appreciate if the same could be considered at earliest!!

I just dropped my Moto X2 from 2 feet height and my gorilla glass cracked and I cannot believe it, it just cracked. I reached the service center in B2X, borivali mumbai on 25-Aug-2015 and they said you had to wait minimum 21 days as parts are not available. So I got my job sheet generated and I said to call me once parts is available and they agreed. I called the Motorola Customer care and they told they'll arrange for parts and they escalated this issue and later I got a call from them saying that I can get my display replaced by 16-Sep-2015, so I called up the service center, they said parts have not yet reached them. So once again I reached the customer care , they made an excuse and said that they'll I can get the display replaced by 24-Sep-2015, so today again I called the service center they told me that parts have not yet arrived and now the customer care are also not giving any concrete replies. I am properly fed up with them and also they are charging an hefty sum of Rs. 7781/- just for the display assembly. Now I don't think I'd pay that much sum as it's been more than a month, I'm using the phone with cracked display and wasting my time and energy with these motorola guys. I'd like to file a formal complaint to teach these guys a lesson as in US motorola was giving a free display replacement for cracked display.

I experienced the worst after sales service and I've decided never to purchase motorola product in future.

i purchased a Karbonn titanium s1 plus mobile handset on 11/01/2015 Soon it started giving touch problem I have submitted the handset to one of the Karbonn service center aman electronics,rudrapoor on 31/07/2015 job sheet no. KJASPUT 202715KR9669. From the date it is almost 2 months now, I have not received my handset back. I have sent mails on the support email adderss "support@karbonnmobiles.com" but could not get response other than "Your complaint is under process". I called on the cell no. provided by service center,or they come up with some vague answers. This is forcing me to use older handset which is causing me problems as that has no internet facility and call quality is degraded causing me to miss important client calls, and escalations on me. I request you to please look into this issue ASAP, and take required action to bring back my handset or money I have spent on buying such a useless product.
