I have baught sony LED model KLV-32R402A having serial number 5419055 from M/S Anamika den of music at Barh district -Patna on 17/01/2014,installation was done on 21/01/2014.

On the day my TV was started it restarts/reboots itself afet every 10-15 seconds,I have lodge the complaint on the same day on your toll free number and received that my service request is assigned to some service centre at patna but no one either called up neither visited(service req-ID 17578785) therefore I again lodged the complaint on 29/01/2014 (service request -ID-17629999) but no action taken.

I am completely annoyed on services part of the such a reputed company .

Again yesterday I visited companys website where it is clearly mentioned that such 32 inches bravia LED have rebooting problem.

I would like to request for earliest replacement of my LED and procedure for the same

yesterday emailed the replace request at

but ne reply received

Hi ,
I have been using HDFC Superia credit card. When I checked the credit card bill of Jan-14 thoroughly, I found a transaction which I did not do.
In the place of Merchant Name HDFC is providing the Payment Gateway Name of PayU. Multiple merchants can take the money from me through the Gateway (Hence the best way to hide and avoid tracking the merchant).
Even though I approached HDFC phone banking and credit card services over mail,

    they are not disclosing the MINIMAL INFORMATION on the MERCHANT
.
They come back with a rhetorical words "....the said charges are secure transactions incurred on secure merchant web sites and were authenticated using the Verified By secure login & ID password which is confidential and known only to the cardholder. In view of the above, we wish to inform you that the said transactions were incurred by an authorized person and hence the transactions remain payable on the card account. ....." !! HDFC grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com is not replying to my mail.
    .AS A CUSTOMER OF HDFC WHAT RIGHTS DO I HAVE TO KNOW THE REAL MERCHANT NAME OVER A TRANSACTION OF CREDIT CARD INSTEAD OF THE GATEWAY NAME
(which practically resembles no party !!) ??
Please guide me.

My 40" Samsung LED(bought on 02.06.11 for Rs 60000) had developed vertical lines on the display, was noticed when I checked my TV when I came on vacation. Following this I registered a complaint with Samsung call centre ( cmplnt no 8458069507)in October. But it was very shocking that (Shitiz Saluja frm customer experience on 01 nov 13)they did not take it seriously and they said that the display has to be replaced completely ,costing Rs 24782.Initially I was insisting on the expenses to be borne by Samsung but then finally I told them that I was ready to bear 50% of the cost , as I was not convinced about how can a higher end LED TV from Samsung go bad in almost 2 years time. This matter could not be taken up further because of my other personal/professional priorities. Then again took up the matter by registering an online complaint and also writing to CEO , for which I got a mail frm meenakshi Arora frm customer experience that repair cost to be borne by me, to which there is no provision to reply back. Following this again I registered the complaint on line with a letter to Meenakshi and hence I received a call from Rithika and then from Priyanka saying the same thing . I tried to convince them that the usage of the TV is very less, as being an marine engineer when I come on leave only this is operated . To this their view point was that electronic thing can go wrong even if it is not used also ( given by Nithin of technical staff Calicut on 28 jan 14), which to me is a shocking FEEDBACK , in short it means that if the TV is kept in showroom without operating there are chances that it can be faulty. In short my grievences is that: 1. How can a TV go faulty in 2 - 2 1/2 years time even when the operation time is very less. Is there any reliability for the Samsung Products? 2. The responses from Samsung are one sided and customer cannot sent reply to those. Do the customer have the right to give their feedback on the reply sent by Samsung Management? 3. After I have spent 60000 initially on the LED TV, do I have to spent 24782 again to get it repaired. Samsung management don't have any responsibility on the repair cost? 4. There was also an provision for the extended warranty system for Samsung products . Why this was not informed to me by the shop QRS CALICUT? Isn't it a breach of customer right?

Hope I will get a positive feedback on all this queries.

Last month, I got a call from mobile No. 7313031892 on 19.12.2013 probably from your call center. A lady asked me for some internet related pack, but I declined her offer and disconnected. soon after, I received a message that my request for GMN51 has been successfully activated and amount of Rs. 51 was deducted from my account.

Yesterday night, once again I have received a message that you have registered my request and my phone as modem will be activated shortly.

This is pure cheating and burglary from my prepaid balance and needs to be stopped forthwith.

I’ve Reliance Broadband connection. Internet connection did not work on dates 2, 3, 4, 5 of December. I had raised 2 complaints. Issue did not resolve. I called again and raised cancellation request. Issue was resolved on 6th of December. They said they will give a call within 48hours for confirmation again about cancellation. No call was given and the request was instead processed and connection was terminated on 4 January 2014. I call discussed and requested to re-activate the connection. Sent two 3 email to them. No response. Have given feedback again No response. They passed my number to their collection department. Collection team is calling again and again. They are not finalizing the account so that I can take a new connection or go to new service provider. No final bill received. I had paid Rs 1100 initially, the guy who came said Rs 500 would be adjusted to your final bill. The device is lying at my home, no one has come to collect it. I have no internet from 1 month. No they have sent me a bill for January 2014 with late payment fees. I wonder, how can Reliance bill to customer ever after terminating the connection. I am using Reliance Mobile number 9016645181, with regular recharge and data pack of Rs 127.
On 15 Jan 14 I had balance of more than Rs 300,00. I would have used not more than 30 minutes of talk time, mostly local. However on 28 Jan my balance had reduced to Zero.
Call center was not able to help as repeatedly they said that their system was down.
I went to their authorised shop, who also said their system was down.
I am disappointed at the response and feel cheated.

I have recharged with rs 50 on Feb1,9:19 pm on my no. 9017584498 in two minutes balance reduces to zero.i called customer care more than 20 times.but they keep saying call after some time.Now its third day still no complaint is registered.And on fourth day they say that they said they hav only info. Of last three days..Plzz take strict action against such CHEAP N FAKE COMPANY..it happens to me so many times..We r completly helpless

hello sir, i have purchased 549/- unlimited combo plan at 24/1/2014. they said that cable will be long so i have to pay 1600/- i paid. but cable connected from my neighbor. since installation of modem on 27 January 2014 my connection stopped working from next 2 hours, i called customer care, they said they will come and fix issue with cable in next 24 hour. no one came. next day i again called, no one came to visit. i called local office they even said that they are busy.. it is the way to deal with customer..?? this happen continue 8 day till today 3/2/2014 no one came i am calling daily three times a Day to customer care, not getting help from any where. my user id is- 349372511994 phone no. - 07879977675 kanti ekka

Hello,

I got my household material shifted from Navi Mumbai to Bangalore on 07.09.2013 by Safe Time Mover & Packers which has registered office in Pune and Regional office in Navi Mumbai (Office No.-5, Anugovind Sadan, Sector-20, Airoli, Navi Mumbai-400708). I paid the packing, loading, unloading, tranportation & insurance charges in advance. When I received my material at Bangalore, I found some of the material got damaged and also noone from safe time movers & packers came for unpacking and I had to hire third party person for unpacking which they had promised me that they would reimburse the amount. I have been following up with them for last five months to reimburse the unpacking amount and also to settle insurance claim against my damaged goods. But I am not getting proper response and not feel that they are not at all interested in doing anything regarding it. I have all the bills, receipts & photos of the damaged goods. I also have the email conversation thread which I have been exchanging with them but of no use.

Can you pls help me in this issue?

Hi,
Kindly pay attention to the below mentioned complaint.
3G plan was activated on my number 9920484299 without prior information. As per the procedure we sent request to cancel 3G service only .Received call from P Malika Arjun & we informed to cancel 3g & keep the same plan active the one which we had earlier but only 3G was cancelled but the same plan was not activated & the notes said that we declined to activate the same plan,due to which I was again charged normal data charges.I raised complain & again requested to activate same plan for which I was given waiver & was assured that the same plan will b activated but next month again the same thing happened as the plan was again not activated. We went to store spoke with Sandesh (I think he was a supervisor) he said we cannot help as notes made by previous agent says that we denied to keep the previous plan active which was not true . Now we being threatened to pay that amount or else service gets blocked by server, requested to place a hold on blocking activity request was declined.
According to that agent from Vodafone we declined 1gb pack we had & we asked Vodafone to charge as per normal data charges as if we r interested in paying more amt to Vodafone. Kindly request to resolve this issue ASAP(we want the same plan ) or else this would force us to port out service of all my Vodafone numbers.
