For the month of Dec whatever the outstanding balance was there of amt 1099.47 I have already made a payment on 28th Dec of amount 1100. But due to a mistake from HDFC they have debited by Credit card once again and made a payment to you of the same amount on 7th Jan, 2014. So it’s a request to you once the payment is reflected in the system please do credit it back as I have already made the payment before.
13th Jan:
Sill the amount has not been credited in my account.
Its like a week now still the amount is not credited back. Today when I called up customer care a lady name Surbhi Ashok Tugrawal said that the request has been taken to adjust the same amount with the bill, which I never said. I have asked to refund the amount in the same account from which it has been debited. Its a ridiculous service from a brand like Vodafone.
I want a refund ASAP or I latch a complain on consumer forum.
14th Jan:
It’s a bull shit service of Vodafone, after launching the complain and asked for the refund they are saying can’t able to do it as the request which was taken on 9th was to adjust with my bill, which was never confirmed by me.
And now today they are saying it’s going to take another 7-10days.
Vodafone since when you guys have lowered down you service quality, where people are taking wrong request which the customer never said or asked for.
Even after the mistake they can’t refund the money on priority to the customer and they will take own sweet time as their process.
Bad and pathetic service from Vodafone.
