This is regarding my Subscriber ID 340190388543. I have been facing issue since 7th August 2014 and have sent various mails for the same. But now after 2 months I am being told that my connection has been suspended due to non payment of 2 months i.e. between August and October.

Reliance customer care people are really insane. They have never checked facts and figures before writing this mail to me about my due payment. My connection is down from 23rd July(it worked for few days and went down on 7th again) and I have been banging my head and writing mails to get it resolved since then. Check my facts and figures now -

August 07, 2014 - Service Request ID 223538230
August 10, 2014 - no complaint registered as previous didnt' get resolve
August 13,2014 - received reply from customer care on August 14, 2014 that it will resolved soon
August 16,2014 - got new complaint id Service Request ID 223875510 on 17th August (even though my actual issue was not resolved)
August 18,2014 - got reply on 19th august and was told that my complaint was already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
August 20th , 21st & 22nd - no response of my mails
August 23rd - Got mail that complaint already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
August 26th - Got the mail on 27th that complaint already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
August 29th - got the mail that we have forwarded the complaint
30th August to 4th Sept - Sent the mails but no response.
8th Sept - got reply on 9th saying already registered your complaint about inability to use Internet service vide Service Request ID 223875510
14th sept - got reply on 15th sept already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
17th sept - got reply on 18th that have already taken up your issue
21st sept - got reply on 22nd complaint has been registered vide Service Request ID 225261704 (WHY NEW COMPLAINT ID???>)
22nd sept - got reply on 23rd already registered vide Service Request ID 225261704
26th sept - I sent mail no response
29th sept - got mail on 30th sept "Please note that we are sending your communication to (broadband@relianceada.com), Customer Care unit of your product for further assistance."
30th sept - I finally sent the mail for disconnection

AND TODAY I GOT THE MAIL ASKING FOR MONEY for the period during which I have not used the connection. Moreover you people charge the rental in advance. I am being asked to pay advance rental for that period for which your internet I may still not be able to use because of some stupid issue at your end. I have been told by field engineer that as Reliance has not paid the RENT to the tenant for using the space for EDP , the tenant has permanently switched off EDP that distributes connection to my home. Now because of some stupid tussle between the reliance and landlord , and because of that my internet is not working. AM I REALLY SUPPOSED TO PAY NOW FOR THE PERIOD I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE NET ????

I am going to file a suit against reliance with above written proof of mails that I have from you people . Be ready to meet with your top bosses in the court now.

HI,

I have a Sony Xperia ZR mobile phone, which was purchased in Jan 2014.
Since the phone's OS was upgraded to KIT KAt 4.4.2 (automatic updates) I am facing some issues with the phone.

The Microphone has stopped working on the phone.
I can hear the other person on the call but no one is able to hear my voice.

I went to the Sony Service Center at Ghatkopar, Mumbai they said they cant take the phone as it is Dubai make and was told to contact xperia care on toll free number or mail them.

When I tried to contact Xperia Care via mail multiple times, I was only given a disclaimer that Sony does not provider International warranty.

I am ready to pay for the repair which takes out the warranty issue.
I just want my new phone fixed.

Still I have no solution as to what to do with an expensive nee phone which i am not able to use.

This is causing great inconvenience and difficulty to my everyday personal as well as professional life.
Would be glad if anyone could help me with the same.

Dear Indigo Airlines,

I'm an Architect from Bangalore travelling to Bhubaneswar over work and family commitments. I took a flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 29th September, 2014 @11:45pm with a checked in baggage ... After landing in Bhubaneswar my check in main luggage bag was missing due to your ground staff's negligence.. I'm extremely upset and annoyed..I had a very important meeting in the afternoon and due to your airlines staff mistakes I'm stranded at the airport with not even a lounge or facility where I can rest or wait for my luggage. I had no assurance of any kind until Mr Ashutosh at BBI assured me that my baggage was found and on the way here but could not assure me when until hours later. There has been no call or apology or explanation of any kind from indigo's end till now verbally or formally.

The main baggage contains irreplaceable documents and assets of mine with my work laptop. After a request from Mr Ashutosh to be patient and wait for the luggage, I expected basic hospitality from the airlines end. To my surprise this is such a let down and sheer harassment when your ground staff at BBI says there no lounge or facility they can provide at all and all I could do is sit and wait at the airport all day for the luggage to arrive via suitable channels after several hours.

Kindly provide me a solution with an appropriate compensation of my time and energy and money lost over this incident.

Indigo has been know for hassle free and good service but what I've experienced after flying so many years with Indigo leaves a big scar in my heart . This is the last time I'm flying with Indigo or anyone from my family or office.. One of my worst experiences till date.. The airline today has proved to be nothing but mediocre fares with cheap services. Very shameful.

I do not greed for money but the endeavours I'm losing on at the moment because of the airlines fault should be compensated for at any cost. I have the rights to demand for it, and also both a written and verbal apology from the company made personally to me and a promise that the issues shall be resolved ASAP.

I'm awaiting a reply since 29th Step.If I don't get one soon, I'm forwarding this to the consumer forum. I believe I have the rights to demand for a clear explanation.

I haven't received an apology or an explanation to what went wrong yet. Pls get back to me regarding this issiue and do the needful.

On 11 sep 2014 i paid 1685 rupees for 50 MBPS speed plan 4 months package.
But i never get that much of speed. when i placed the complaint they closed automatically with out resolve the issue. with in 20 days i placed the request more than 8 times but no result.

I have my Aircel number 9587349000. I want to port it into vodafone prepaid. I went to Vodafone Store, Suratgarh (District-Sri Ganganagar, State-Rajasthan) 2 and half months ago with my port number (received from 1900), Identitify proof, address proof and my passport size snap and submitted them.
I usually went to that vodafone store till 20-25 days. But employees working in that voda store always say me that it will take 2-3 days more. After approx 25 days, they asked me to message again for new port number and asked me to submit again passport size snap and documents. I again submitted all these.
Now it is more than 2 months. At this time, they don't receive my phone call if I call to my mobile number. And it is not possible to visit that vodafone store many times because I am Government Employee and working 75 kilo meters far from that vodafone store.
I have submitted 100 rupees also in that vodafone store for first recharge as they asked me for this.
Kindly take it serious and take a serious action against them.

Sir,
I am Deepalaxmi from Mangalore, Karnataka. I have been cheated by the following company, which claims to be a job consultant. A lady called me and asked me to register my profile in their website: www.aapkacareer.com by paying Rs.1685/-, for which i have not received any confirmation mail. After that the call was transferred to another person who claimed himself to do profile verification for my profile and asked me to pay Rs.6180/- for the same, which was not intimated to me earlier.
The Company has been cheating many people in the similar manner which i got to know later when i searched for the company in google.

Request you to kindly take necessary action against this company and stop other people from being cheated by them. The company address is below:

Dear, Sir
As I have informed/called so many times that ,i tried to withdrawal of Rs. 1600 from ICICI BANK ATM Centre (Located at Hadapsar, pune,opposite to noble hospital) around 9 PM(22nd August 2014) but the machine not responded back & screen was blank,i waited for 15 minutes in ATM only.no cash dispensed from ATM.in the mean time received a message that Rs. 1600 (one thousand six hundred) was debited from my account (Account No - 01481140070687). Regarding this I have given written letter to my branch bank .EAST STREET BRANCH,KP HOUSING SOCIETY,GEN TIMMAYYA ROAD,EAST STREET CAMP,PUNE -411001,after 1 month of complain submission I got response from my bank that I have withdrawn the amount from the ATM centre on the same time and date.
Sir, how is this possible? ,I am not able to understand that I am also saying that I went to respective ATM tried to withdraw money but I could not get the cash from the ATM box. At the same time I too got SMS alert that Rs. 1600/- has been debated from my account.
Therefore, I would request you please do the audit of the ATM Centre or investigate through Cc TV on this issue because on that time Security person was also not available to put complain regarding this issue on sport.
Therefore it is requested please look into the matter.really we are loosing the hope on HDFC bank by such incidents

Dear Go Air,

This is to inform you that My daughter travelled on the month of September -2014 from Ranchi to Mumbai, the Go Air staff at Ranchi behaved very rudely with they insulted her, when she asked for help, how does this airline recruited their staff what customer service norms they have and follow, i would strongly recommend the below staffs of GO air @Ranchi should be terminated, the names of staffs as below;

I bought a LCD 40 and very next year there was a motherboard failure, they replaced the Mother Board and now it has got the same problem, now they say they dont have the mother board nor they want to Replace it, Do i need to throw away my TV now and go for another TV every now and then, Sony is no more SONY... I sincerely request you to buy any INDIA made TV for cheaper price and throw away if it fails.. Why to Pay huge amounts to these Chinese/Japanese idiot boxes and burn our Economy... ... not only TV, I have similar problems with my Sony HomeTheater, BLU Ray Playe aswell.. Pathetic..

I want to complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd,Plot no. 21,Rajiv Gandhi IT Park,Chandigarh - 160101 Tel 0172-4600765 for mentally harrasing me from the last 20 days and not attending my Complaints Number 58263055 dated 28th.Sep.2014,Complaints Number 58312305 dated 1st.Oct.2014,Complaints number 58324079 dated 3rd.Oct.2014.Nobody has came to attend the complaints from the last 20 days and they making excuses regarding Network problem and the main problem is that they are giving my SIM number to the hacker and a person from Airtel is involved in that.I shall be very thankful to you if an appropriate action will be taken against Airtel as soon as possible.Thanks

Sir,
I m devanshu, and I want to register a complaint against Reliance GSM.
My mobile no is 9716849275, they keep deducting my balance in every two and three days for random services I haven't taken from them like videostore, shehmaroo etc. When I try to contact them about this on customer care they say your call is being transferred to the customer care executive then thankyou for calling in reliance customer care. I even applied for DND but I keep getting those sms. But there is no sms about when and why my balance is deducted.when I try to call them from my different number they say your problem will be resolved in 48 hrs but it never did. They didn't even gave me a complaint number when I asked about it they say it will be send by an sms but it never did. Then I called back and again register my complaint and insist on giving me the complaint no over the phone but again when the problem is not resolved I called them back after 50 hrs. And given the customer care executive the complaint no he said there is no complaint register by this no or on my no. When I asked to register my complaint again he said sorry hamare paas sirf 3 days ki details hoti h.

Hi

This complaint is regarding my ph# 9899893934, I have a corporate postpaid connection with vodafone for almost 6 years.
I've been billed wrongly for the month (24th Aug-23rd Sep). My total bill amount due is around Rs2400 which is completely wrong. I was told that charges are due to heavy internet usage. Customer care people told me from 15th to 19th Sep my 2GB data plan got exhausted. But when i told them that i took additional data of 300MB on 14th sep and another 1GB data on 19th of sep, then how come they charged more. They couldnt explained why my bill was so high and were keep telling me that it was charged correctly. When i asked them how they hung up on me. Even yesterday they hungup 5 times in the eveneing. Kindly do the needful.

I have raised a Complaint for wrong billing.

The background is below:-

I went to Vodafone Store Dwarka to change my Monthly Plan, and there was one executive who took a request to change my Monthly plan from 1599 to some ~349 plan and 649 for internet, in my 1599 plan there was combo offer for internet and calling. And executive told me that she will be changing my plan from my monthly cycle and she wrote a email also to someone for the same.

But according to her and the Vodafone call center people they have changed my Monthly plan but they have not initiated the request for internet plan. And because of that I was unnecessarily charged for the internet usage.

It is a clear case of negligence and miss-commutation.

I have also raised the complaint for the same.
And now the call center people are saying that, they have updated the complaint stating:
That I was informed "not to use internet without intimation or an update from Vodafone"
Which is totally wrong and false statement, I was not informed anything like that.

I will be not paying a single Rupee for this miss-handling of request.

And I will escalate this complaint to the maximum LEVEL.
