This is regarding my Subscriber ID 340190388543. I have been facing issue since 7th August 2014 and have sent various mails for the same. But now after 2 months I am being told that my connection has been suspended due to non payment of 2 months i.e. between August and October.
Reliance customer care people are really insane. They have never checked facts and figures before writing this mail to me about my due payment. My connection is down from 23rd July(it worked for few days and went down on 7th again) and I have been banging my head and writing mails to get it resolved since then. Check my facts and figures now -
August 07, 2014 - Service Request ID 223538230
August 10, 2014 - no complaint registered as previous didnt' get resolve
August 13,2014 - received reply from customer care on August 14, 2014 that it will resolved soon
August 16,2014 - got new complaint id Service Request ID 223875510 on 17th August (even though my actual issue was not resolved)
August 18,2014 - got reply on 19th august and was told that my complaint was already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
August 20th , 21st & 22nd - no response of my mails
August 23rd - Got mail that complaint already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
August 26th - Got the mail on 27th that complaint already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
August 29th - got the mail that we have forwarded the complaint
30th August to 4th Sept - Sent the mails but no response.
8th Sept - got reply on 9th saying already registered your complaint about inability to use Internet service vide Service Request ID 223875510
14th sept - got reply on 15th sept already registered vide Service Request ID 223875510
17th sept - got reply on 18th that have already taken up your issue
21st sept - got reply on 22nd complaint has been registered vide Service Request ID 225261704 (WHY NEW COMPLAINT ID???>)
22nd sept - got reply on 23rd already registered vide Service Request ID 225261704
26th sept - I sent mail no response
29th sept - got mail on 30th sept "Please note that we are sending your communication to (broadband@relianceada.com), Customer Care unit of your product for further assistance."
30th sept - I finally sent the mail for disconnection
AND TODAY I GOT THE MAIL ASKING FOR MONEY for the period during which I have not used the connection. Moreover you people charge the rental in advance. I am being asked to pay advance rental for that period for which your internet I may still not be able to use because of some stupid issue at your end. I have been told by field engineer that as Reliance has not paid the RENT to the tenant for using the space for EDP , the tenant has permanently switched off EDP that distributes connection to my home. Now because of some stupid tussle between the reliance and landlord , and because of that my internet is not working. AM I REALLY SUPPOSED TO PAY NOW FOR THE PERIOD I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THE NET ????
I am going to file a suit against reliance with above written proof of mails that I have from you people . Be ready to meet with your top bosses in the court now.
